R&D Manager (Formulation)

Responsibilities:

• Drive technology development and innovation across Hair Care, Skin Care, Deodorant & Fragrance categories in Southeast Asia.
• Lead end-to-end NPD projects, from ideation to commercialization, acting as the technical project lead.
• Develop product and technology strategies based on consumer insights, market trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with Consumer Insights, R&D teams, and local/international laboratories to develop and commercialize innovative products.
• Drive Value Management and product optimization initiatives.
• Represent R&D in internal and external forums and contribute to research publications and intellectual property development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, M.Tech, M.Pharm, or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in FMCG, Pharma, or Topical Product industries.
• Strong expertise in Product Development, Technology Innovation, and Consumer Insights.
• Proven ability to translate consumer needs and technical knowledge into differentiated product innovations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and innovation leadership skills.
