Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an R&D Manager in packaging manufacturing, based in Nhơn Trạch district. The R&D Manager will lead the design and development of innovative packaging solutions, oversee packaging engineering projects, and ensure quality control processes align with industry standards. Responsibilities will include conducting research to drive innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance, and optimizing designs to meet customer and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Packaging, Packaging Design, and Packaging Engineering
  • Strong skills in Quality Control and compliance with industry quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough Research to support innovation and improvement
  • Experience in managing and leading projects in the packaging or manufacturing sector
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in packaging is a plus
