R&D Technical Regulation Staff

We are looking for R&D Engineer who is willing to work for R&D Centre in Thang Long II Industrial Zone, Hung Yen, and will be mainly responsible for the following mainly tasks:

Job description

- Make schedule and carry out the product certification process

- Prepare and send samples to the laboratory for testing

- Coordinate with the laboratory throughout the testing process until receiving the reports (EMC, Safety, Energy, etc.)

- Prepare/ submit relevant documents to obtain product certification approval from the government

- Coordinate with sales agents (Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.) during the certification process

- Conduct online meetings or face-to-face meetings with relevant individuals/departments to resolve issues

- Report progress to direct/indirect supervisors

- Analyze and take necessary measures to ensure products comply with new regulations in relevant countries

- Processing payments, etc.

Job requirements

- University degree

- At least 1 year of relevant experience. Freshers with good attitude & abilities are also welcomed

- Good at English & MS Office

- Understand technical document (standard, specification, drawing, etc.)

- Be proactive, careful & responsible

- Good teamwork and time management skills

- Ready to work OT, go business trip if requested
