Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven R&D Manager to lead our Packaging Engineering and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing packaging engineers and specialists, driving product development, supporting sales and costing activities, and leading innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

er & Commerial Support

• Work closely with Sales teams to support customer visits, technical discussions,

and projectdevelopment.

• Collaborate with Costing and Commercial teams to develop competiti

ve and accurae quotations.

• Provide technical expertise during customer presentations an

d new businessopp

ortunities.

Prduction Support

• Act as the primary technical liaison between

R&D and manufactring operations.

• Support production troubleshooting, process optimization, a

nd quality improvment initiatives.

• Ensure smooth transfer of new product

Innvation & Automation

• Identify and implement innovative packagin

g solutions, materias, and technologies.

• Drive automation projects to improve productivity,

consistency, quality and cost efficiency.

Continuous Improvement

• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on quality, efficie

ncy, lead time reductio, and waste elimination.

• Apply Lean Manufacturing and problem-solv

ect performance metrics. Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical

Engineering, Industrial Egineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience

in packaging development, egineering, or R&D management.

• Strong knowledge of corrugated packaging, paper pac

kaging, folding cartons, or elated packaging technologies.

• Exper

ience managing technical team and cross-functional projects.

• Proven track record in

innovation, automation, and cotinuous improvement

initiatives.
