Our client is a leading company specializing in electricities and power solution, currently seeking a qualified candidate to join their organization.
- Establish and implement a high-quality product development process in Vietnam.
- Lead and manage the full product lifecycle, from concept development to mass production, ensuring successful and timely product launches.
- Maintain regular collaboration and technical alignment with the German R&D team.
- Manage projects effectively to ensure targets for quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency are achieved.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to improve products and optimize assembly processes.
- Collaborate with the global purchasing team to drive product cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure all development activities comply with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower and budget, based on project priorities and business impact.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance capabilities and support long-term career growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, research organizations, and technology partners.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
ACTING AUTHORITY
- Lead, coach, train, and supervise the R&D team to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule.
- Recommend and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth transition of projects into mass production.
Requirements
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related technical disciplines.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading large-scale development teams.
- Prior experience in battery or charger development is highly preferred.
LANGUAGES
- Fluent Vietnamese communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
IT SKILLS
- Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience using Siemens NX.
