You Are:
You are a skilled engineer with strong experience in embedded CMOS memory development, especially SRAM, ROM, and Register File design. You combine technical depth in circuit implementation with a passion for quality and innovation. You're collaborative, organized, and eager to mentor others, with excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Your attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and drive for continuous learning make you a valuable team member.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design and develop advanced embedded memories (SRAM, ROM, Register File).
- Lead circuit implementation, simulation, and layout supervision.
- Collaborate with CAD and frontend teams for compiler automation and verification.
- Drivebitcell development and reliability analysis.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead projects.
- Produce technical documentation and reports.

- Proficiencywith layout, simulation, and verification tools.
- Programming in C-Shell, Perl; C++/JavaScripta plus.
