We are seeking a detail-oriented
Commercial Kitchen Equipment Quoting Specialist to support our client's estimating and sales support operations. This role focuses on using a database and quoting systems to accurately prepare equipment quotes for commercial kitchen and restaurant projects.
Responsibilities
- Enter kitchen equipment items and pricing into the company database
- Prepare detailed and accurate commercial equipment quotes
- Use AutoQuotes to build and manage professional quote packages
- Review specifications to ensure correct product selection and pricing
- Communicate with team members and clients via email and WhatsApp
- Maintain organized records of quotes, revisions, and project details
- Ensure all quotes meet company standards for accuracy and completeness
Requirements
- Proven experience using AutoQuotes (required)
- Background in commercial kitchen or restaurant equipment quoting (Experience with companies like Webstaurant, Kitchen Deco, or similar suppliers is highly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and pricing
- Ability to read and understand product specifications
- Comfortable communicating through email and messaging platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
