QA Inspection Technician for Winding and Active Part workshop_Power Transformer Factory
The Opportunity
Ensuring the quality of assigned production processes and coordinaing in resolving quality issues in a timely manner, meeting production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
How Do You Make Impact
- Perform quality inspection and monitoring at Winding and Active Part processes.
- Incoming material inspection
- Check incoming materials according to QIC cards.
- Verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- In-process manufacturing:
- Inspect winding processes.
- Inspect coils during and after pressing completion.
- Inspect Active Part core assembly according to QIC cards and drawings.
- Verify basic process parameters.
- Perform 100% inspection when required for special cases.
- Prepare inspection reports, including status updates and identified issues.
- Coordinate NCR (Non-Conformance Report) handling to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Use appropriate technical tools and measuring equipment to inspect and analyze product conditions.
- Comply with company safety regulations and safety requirements at assigned production areas.
Your Background
- Graduate from a vocational school or college with a major in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of transformers and power systems.
- Ability to use inspection and measuring tools and equipment.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in teams.
- Willing to conduct inspections outside normal working hours, including weekends.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Proficient in computer usage for work purposes (Windows 11, Microsoft Office, CAD, etc.).
