Salary: 18M - 30M Gross

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily Pre-shipment Audit and report release ,report the audit findings in time and leverage quality tool to increase the problem solving capability at manufacturing locations.
- Coordinate the quality activities for the assigned Bissell product manufacturing locations. Work collaboratively with cross-functional product development teams, manufacturing partners and key suppliers to determine product engagement including inspection template creating , Quality Plan, WI,CTQ, inspection requirement understanding etc.
- Ensure that all new or revised components or products use the Bissell PPAP/SEC process to document the approval of their introduction or revision with supplier sites. Conduct final Inspection.
- Join GPD new projects development and support new project initial 30pcs audit to present the audit results to leaders.
- Manages quality databases update in quality system by:
Ensuring daily PSI report and monthly process audit report up to date in system
Collect daily FPY data and DRR data collection
Initiating actions for product improvements
Maintaining new and existing products and failures in the program
- Drive OEM supplier QE/QC in manufacture site on job responsibilities. Reviews all new drawings and specifications with the staff to ensure mutual understanding of the requirements and meet BISSELL system drawing. Ensures that the Process Auditor is capable of training the Inspector.
- Reviews and monitors engineering change after mass production and make sure the change implemented effectively.
- Monitor and ensure ABR and Reliability Testing well conducted as the approved schedule and follow the issues found.
- Monitors product returns information, performing collection of the monthly quality data, Handles customer complaints and ensures that BPR/CAPA's are issued for all significant complaints and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Conducts/support Tier-1 supplier and key tier-2 supplier assessment and verify processes are being followed and old issues have been resolved.
- Drives the continuous improvement to do the supplier development with Bissell internal team.
- Performs all other related duties as necessary.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Major in mechanical, electronic, plastics, or automation.
- At least 3 years of experience as quality technician including supplier quality , manufacturing quality and customer quality for electro-mechanical products , plastic molding or home small appliance (Vacuum Cleaner, Deeper Cleaner, Washer categories)
- ISO and other quality system knowledge, have basic problem-solving skills.
- Good in written and proper spoken English is better and Chinese is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with a firm understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated team-building skills in an environment of managing through influence and persuasion.
- Self-discipline, working independently and responsibility sense, ability to work under pressure.
- Must be willing to spend 70% (or more as needed) of work hours on repetitive pre-shipment audit/inspection.
PREFERRED
- Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, and PPAP processes.
- Understanding ISO 9001 (or equivalent) requirements
- Background in injection molding/electronics/Mechanical .
- Experience with supplier on site process audit and FGs inspection
