Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hanoi for a Quality & Technical Supporter.

Market Quality Monitoring & Failure Analysis: Track and analyze product quality issues in the field, prepare reports, and coordinate corrective actions.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Manage inspection, verification, and defect analysis of incoming finished goods; liaise with stakeholders on non conformance.

Quality & Service KPI Management: Monitor quality and service performance indicators; implement continuous process improvement initiatives.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Management: Oversee returned parts, handle export/import procedures, and forward to factory for root cause analysis.

Technical Training & Workforce Development: Design training roadmap and manage technical competency of service technician network.

Logistics & Customs Operations: Execute CIPL preparation, coordinate customs clearance, temporary export/re import procedures.

Technical Support & Installation: Provide advanced technical support and installation for premium product lines (LED signage & medical equipment).

Spare Parts Forecasting: Plan and forecast component requirements.

Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks per management directives.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Metrology, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in QA/QC or Manufacturing.

Quality Tools Knowledge: Familiar with 7 QC Tools, 5 Core Tools, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Measurement Skills: Ability to operate measurement and testing equipment.

Language Proficiency: Effective English communication skills in a professional environment

Proficiency in words, excel, power point
