Quality Systems Specialist

Location: Binh Duong

Role Description

• Coordinate and maintain the IMS in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and relevant standards.
• Manage document control, including issuance, revision, approval and retention.
• Plan and conduct internal audits; follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Manage NCR/CAR and support root cause analysis, CAPA and effectiveness verification.
• Monitor quality KPIs, audit results and non-conformities; prepare IMS reports.
• Conduct IMS awareness training and support certification/customer audits.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in IMS, QMS, Quality System, QA or Internal Audit within manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 14001/45001 is an advantage.
• Experience in Document Control, Internal Audit and CAPA.
• Familiar with 5 Why, Fishbone and 8D.
• ISO Internal Auditor certification is preferred; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Good MS Office/ERP skills and strong coordination & communication skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
