Main Job Functions
1. Systems
1.1 Follow the process map to define and maintain the company's management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
1.2 Lead the Vietnam team to clarify responsibilities for each department within each process and prepare system documents, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and control plans.
1.3 Lead company teams to follow system documents in daily operations and continuously improve processes.
1.4 Lead all audits from customers, certification bodies, and third parties, and work with teams to close any issues found during audits.
1.5 Lead and arrange annual internal audits and management reviews.
2. Process Quality
2.1 Train related inspectors according to work instructions, including inspection methods and proper use of inspection tools.
2.2 Lead the quality team to control and inspect incoming materials, extrusion, braiding, and assembly processes.
2.3 Lead the company in analyzing and solving quality problems and customer claims. Collect quality data for each machine and report to the Plant Manager.
2.4 Lead the annual customer satisfaction survey for the Vietnam site.
3. Laboratory
3.1 Prepare work instructions for each testing machine and train inspectors accordingly.
3.2 Lead daily checks for testing machines and inform the maintenance team when machine problems occur.
3.3 Prepare validation plans for mass production, new articles, and certification production.
3.4 Prepare safety stock for chemical reagents used in testing.
4. Calibration
4.1 Define the calibration plan for all tools that require calibration.
4.2 Prepare safety stock for inspection tools, such as gauges and calipers.
5. Product Certification
5.1 Follow certification requirements to prepare samples and arrange payment.
5.2 Control, update, and maintain certification documents.
6. Administrative Affairs for Quality
6.1 Control all costs for the quality department and prepare the annual budget.
6.2 Prepare and update the skill matrix and training plan for the quality department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management.
- Experience in a multinational company is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 8D, and internal audit practices according to ISO 9001.
