Job Objective:
- Ensure product quality performance through key indicators:
- FPY (First Pass Yield) Percentage of products meeting standards on the first inspection
- RMA Timeliness Time taken to process returned goods
- 8D Report Timeliness Time taken to complete 8D reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve quality issues during product testing phase and support the factory in establishing quality inspection capabilities and setting standards for each product line.
- Drive and continuously improve the first-pass yield rate during mass production at the factory.
- Assist the factory in handling material quality issues that cannot be resolved internally by connecting relevant resources/technical expertise to promote solutions.
- Review and accelerate the resolution of quality issues arising from customer complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or project management. Experience in the electrical/electronics industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality management for network communication and network monitoring products.
- Proficient in quality improvement techniques, with experience in improving products, operational processes, or manufacturing processes.
- Skilled in quality management/statistical methods, data analysis, effective communication, and coordination.
- Fluent in English and/or Chinese in all four skills.
