Quality Product Technologist - H&M Intimates

As a Quality Product Technologist, you are the guardian of H&M's brand quality standards, ensuring that every product meets customer expectations from development through to the final experience. You combine technical expertise with a customer-centric approach to delivering products that are safe, sustainable, and aligned with our global quality framework.

• Ensure H&M's brand quality standards are met throughout the product lifecyclefrom development to customer experience.
• Implement the quality method & routines set by the Governance team.
• Ensure the product fit, technical risk assessment, and consumption optimization in the sample stage from customer perspective.
• Conduct quality audits in Centralized Facility Services (CFS) to ensure alignment with standards.

WHO YOU ARE

As a Quality Product Technologist, you approach your work with precision, accountability, and collaboration. You leverage strong technical knowledge and clear communication to solve challenges proactively, while fostering trust and continuous improvement. Your way of working reflects H&M's values and commitment to delivering quality products for our customers.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the apparel industry, preferably within intimate products such as swimwear, underwear, nightwear, and socks.
• Strong technical and product knowledge in intimates, including components, construction, and production.
• Hands-on experience in product quality inspection and understanding of quality requirements, testing methods, and risk assessments.
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership, structure, and attention to detail while also being a reliable team player.
• Proven capability to collaborate with teams globally.
• Clear, proactive, and solution-oriented communication style, with strong customer and business focus.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Live H&M's Values in daily work.
• Willingness to travel for business.
