Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Operation Specialist located in Tuy Hoa (Phu Yen), Vietnam. The Quality Operation Specialist will oversee daily operations to ensure manufacturing excellence and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing quality control processes, coordinating with various departments to implement quality systems, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and conducting internal audits. The role also involves project management related to quality improvement and maintaining accurate documentation for regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
• Effective Communication and Project Management skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Education: Bachelors degree Pharmacist
• Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience: At least 1 year of quality assurance experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Skills:

-Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficient in data analysis tools and quality assurance software.
