Quality Manager

Job requirements:

1. Basic rigid requirements: College degree or above in electronics related majors, with at least ten years of quality work and management experience

2. SMT factory experience and quality experience in automotive/consumer electronics are preferred

2. Professional knowledge should be notified: having received SPC, ISO internal auditors, and QC seven major techniques FMEA、 Training in leadership skills, Six Sigma, financial knowledge APC, and other related areas;

3. Essential comprehensive skills for work: strong learning ability; Excellent communication and coordination skills; Has a strong sense of time management; Strong execution

4. Professional attitude: cheerful personality; Strong sense of teamwork; Identification with company culture; Loyal, diligent in work, proactive

5. It is required that one must be proficient in Chinese and understand English or Vietnamese, which will earn extra points

operating duty:

1. Departmental KPI development and management

2. Departmental organizational structure planning and internal talent development

3. Client and factory quality anomaly monitoring and management

4. Management of new customer/project acceptance and audit coordination

5. Departmental asset and cost control

6. Factory internal audit and management review execution and management

7. Continuous improvement and promotion of quality

任职要求:

1.基本刚性要求:大专含以上学历电子类相关专业,十年含以上品质工作及管理经验

2.有SMT工厂经验、车载/消费类电子方向品质经验优先

2.应知会专业知识:接受过SPC、ISO内审员、QC七大手法、FMEA、领导艺朮、六西格玛、财务知识APC等方而的培训;

3.工作必备综合技能:习能力强;沟通协调能力佳;有较强的时间观念;执行力强

4.职业态度:性格开朗;团队合作观念强;对公司文化认同;忠诚,工作认真,主动

5.要求必须会中文,懂英语或越南语加分

1.部门KPI制定及管理

2.部门组织架构规划及内部人才培养

3.客户端及厂内品质异常监控管理

4.新客户/新项目承接及审核对接管理

5.部门资产及成本管控

6.工厂内审及管理评审执行与管理

7.品质持续改善推进
