Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday and 2 Saturdays

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of Quality & Compliance within manufacturing of BD3 factory.

This role will play a key leadership position in building and establishing the Quality Management System for BD3, a new manufacturing facility. The Quality Manager will be responsible for setting up processes, building the quality team, and ensuring a successful plant launch with full compliance and customer satisfaction

This role is based in Binh Duong and will be a onsite role

Key Responsibilities:

·      Set up and implement QMS/ IMS for a new plant from initial stage to full certification of ISO 9001, ISO 3834, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 37301

·      Recruit, train, and develop the Quality team for BD3

·      Define, monitor and drive key Quality KPIs (e.g. customer complaints closure, internal defect rate, audit findings, supplier quality performance)

·      Lead Internal audits, Supplier audits, Customer audits, and External audits within BD3

·      Support new product introduction from a quality perspective, working closely with Production, Purchasing and Design Teams.

·      Lead root cause analysis and drive robust corrective and preventive actions for product issues and customer complaints.

·      Ensure quality records and documentation (including inspection reports and test results) are accurately maintained and traceable

·      Drive a culture of Quality Excellence, Continuous Improvement across BD3

·      Provide regular reporting to regional leadership

Education, Work Experience & Skills required, Personal Qualities (Selection Criteria)

Education:

·      Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding background is preferred

Work Experience and Skills

·      Proven ability to lead quality teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders

·      Must-have: experience in Structural Steel, Piping fabrication industry

·      Experience in greenfield / factory setup

·      Demonstrated experience in managing QMS/ IMS, supplier audits, and customer complaint resolution.

·      Familiarity with ISO 9001 and related standards (ISO 3834, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37301).

·      Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certified

Additional Requirements

Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats, including technical discussions, reporting, documentation, and correspondence with colleagues and clients. Capable of understanding complex instructions, participating in meetings, and preparing detailed reports or presentations.
