Job Description
The successful candidate will report to Foreign Operation Manager and take accountability for:
- Develop, oversee, and maintain Quality Management policies and procedures in alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Ensure organizational compliance with quality and environmental regulations, monitor risks, and provide strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors for risk mitigation.
- Lead the implementation and integration of new systems and system enhancements.
- Supervise all quality-related activities across the organization.
- Ensure that all products consistently meet established quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with departmental managers to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to consolidate and manage necessary documentation.
- Prepare and deliver quality performance reports to management and customers on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as required.
- Manage document control systems, ensuring the accurate handling and storage of all documents and reports.
- Plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits on behalf of company management.
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate the performance, skills, work ethic, and task completion of all department personnel.
- Promptly address nonconformities, engaging with the Board of Directors to propose improvement plans and prevent recurrence.
- Respond directly to customer feedback regarding quality issues.
- Track and ensure the timely execution of corrective and preventive actions related to nonconformities (NCRs and CARs).
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Manager role.
- Proficient in both English and Vietnamese, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Familiarity with quality tools, methodologies, and quality assurance/control principles.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, monitoring processes, and management systems.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze internal and external quality documentation (manuals, records, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and follow-through.
- Capable of delivering effective presentations to both customers and internal teams.
- Strong leadership, training, planning, and control skills.
