Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:

  • Establish and operate quality plan
  • Quality management system maintenance
  • Improve product quality
  • Improving parts quality
  • Customer response
  • Q-Tool expert training
  • Organization and Personnel Management
  • Annual Budget Management
  • Reliability verification
  • Other work progress

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor, major in Mechanical or Engineering. Certificate of Quality Management
  • Experience: At least 5 years working experience in QA (QMS/EMS Management)
  • Good English communication
  • Computer skills: Proficiency
  • Pro-active and work carefully, be able to work under pressure
  • Ability to analysis and solve problems effectively
  • Negotiating, and organizing skills
  • Ability to motivate co-workers, colleagues and others
  • Making report skill and presentation skill; teamwork skill
