Purpose of role:
This role supports local market quality operations, ensuring smooth finishedgoods delivery and resolving distribution issues. It manages consumer complaints, oversees Pharmacovigilance reporting, maintains QA documentation, and supports new product development and product changes. The role also contributes to quality compliance by participating in required audits.
Responsibilities include:
- Champion for overall local market QA responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and monitor quality reporting metrics.
- Manage warehouse and distribution issues, including NCR generation and resolution.
- Monitor and manage temperature datalogger excursions.
- Conduct routine reviews and audits of distribution centres.
- Handle customer complaints, product safety issues, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate local laboratory testing and support product quality investigations.
- Support NPD, product changes, specification approvals, and label checks.
- Assist with counterfeit/tampering assessments and liaise with regulators on quality matters.
- Provide support for recalls and conduct onsite audits of manufacturers and raw material suppliers.
Who are you
- Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary qualification in a sciencerelated field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a regulated GMP manufacturing environment with proven understanding of GMP and GDP requirements.
- Strong knowledge of GMP Quality Systems, including documentation, audits, NCRs, CAPA, and change control processes.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and interact effectively with crossfunctional teams and regulators.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated problemsolving capability with experience handling quality issues, investigations, and compliance activities.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team player with strong influencing and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Committed to upholding quality standards within a commercial environment.
- Ability to work across diverse cultures and collaborate with stakeholders in different regions.
