Lead the Quality Department's activities in compliance with quality management system standards, including ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 45001, and any other applicable management systems, in alignment with regional quality strategy.
Maintain accreditation status for all quality systems and ensure compliance with required timelines and deadlines.
Collaborate with department heads and the regional team to ensure internal audits are planned, conducted, and executed effectively.
Work closely with department heads to ensure all safety practices comply with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
Lead and support local designation and operational registrations in accordance with applicable local regulations.
Initiate, plan, and implement all internal safety and quality training programs as scheduled.
Coordinate with the regional quality team to implement and sustain regional quality initiatives.
Prepare and provide regular quality performance reports to the ASEAN Regional Quality Head and the local Corporate Representative Director.
Perform any other quality assurancerelated duties as assigned by Superior.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Safety Management, or an Engineering-related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality management role within manufacturing companies that operate testing laboratories
Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO standards, and the requirements of the Vietnam Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (VILAS) under the Bureau of Accreditation (BoA)
Thorough understanding of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and ISO 45001 standards.
