Title: Quality Inspector
Working places/locations: Ha Nam/ Thai Binh/ Bac Giang
Working time: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
We are looking for:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in plastic product inspection, preferably in industries such as toys, consumer goods, or home appliances.
- Strong product audit background with a quality-focused and detail-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills to work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, combined with solid problem-solving ability and results-driven thinking.
- Willingness to travel frequently between manufacturing sites; a detailed factory location map can be provided for reference.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and good command of English (upper-intermediate level).
- Proficient in MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
- Conduct on-site inspections of finished products (toys and materials) at manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Perform final product inspections to confirm full compliance of finished goods, including executing relevant testing and laboratory checks.
- Work collaboratively with Quality Engineers and cross-functional teams to support effective issue resolution.
- Carry out ongoing process audits, verifying production workflows and associated control points.
- Oversee and verify hygiene conditions, product appearance, and aesthetic quality of finished goods.
- Manage and follow a weekly inspection schedule, adjusting plans based on factory coordination and communication.
Job Requirement:
- Good command of the English language.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to use a private vehicle.
- Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and hardworking attitude.
