At Balance, Inc., we're looking for a detail-obsessed, hands-on Quality Inspector to support our growing supplier network across Southeast Asia.
This role will start as a 6-month contract, with the intention of converting to a full-time position for the right person.

Job Title: Quality Inspector
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspections: Conduct inline and final inspections to ensure product quality meets standards
- Identify and escalate issues in real-time
- Document findings clearly for internal teams and suppliers
- Quality Audits: Perform Quality Fundamentals Audits (QFTs)
- Support compliance and security audits
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Supplier Support: Work closely with factories to improve quality performance
- Track and verify corrective actions
- Act as the local quality representative for Balance
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate inspection and audit records
- Prepare reports that support data-driven decisions
- Highlight risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Regional Support: Travel across Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asia countries
- Support onboarding of new suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years in quality inspection or quality assurance (consumer goods or packaging preferred)
- Strong knowledge of AQL, inspection processes, and QC methodologies
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (required)
- Mandarin is a strong plus
- Ability to travel within Southeast Asia.
