To inspect quality of homologation and ensure vehicle design quality requirements for markets and assess the testing results to raise the issues.
To assess climatic control system performance by performing 1D Simulations at various test cycles applicable for local and global markets where vehicles are being launched.
Research laws & regulations to ensure the compliance and ability to homologate in international markets.
Assess/review test reports and sign off applicable Compliance Summaries.
Understand the Electric Vehicle Energy Management and Range development and validation activities of Vehicle Technical Specifications (VTS), to assess and inspect its reports.
Read and understand the regulations/laws of different countries; Timely update of newly promulgated regulations and put into practice related homologation work/Technical regulation change monitoring (information collection, analyzing, impact study, report)

3 years (+) experience with Electric Vehicles, focused on Homologation and Quality
Having a good understanding of Type Approval and Certification approval processes used in the various countries of sales
Good foundation of Homologation and NCAP normative, and Vehicle attributes physics affecting the range.
Knowledge in 1D simulation and related tools (Kuli, Flowmaster, etc.)
Knowledge of system and safety standard: ISO26262, LV123, LV124, AIAG, NCAP, etc.
Market trend and benchmarking knowledge with Electric Vehicle range
Analysis skills, detecting detailed root cause of the problems, and predicting foreseeable future problems.
