Quality Engineer (Up to Manager)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QMS (Quality Management System)
• Handle FATP feedback on quality issues and customer audit
• Identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conductive line validation and HVM readiness audit.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Prepare and present quality reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and IATF16949 standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control processes and standards.
• Implement and maintain process monitoring. Change control system (SPC, CCN, VMS)
