JOB SUMMARY
Collaborate closely with the Project/Customer and Operations teams on all Quality Assurance activities during new project development.
This includes establishing and reviewing relevant documents to support the implementation of the Quality Assurance system or program in MP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. New Product Qualification
- Collaborate with the Project Unit (PU) team to establish a structured and consistent approach to meeting existing quality procedures and requirements.
- Work with Engineering team to review product designs, tolerances, and requirements at both product and component levels.
- Develop qualification test plans based on product design documents (NPQ/PEAC).
- Coordinate with Lab and Engineering teams to verify test results and perform failure analysis throughout the NPD stages.
2. Operations Quality Assurance
- Prepare quality and technical documentation, including:
- Quality Control Plan (QCP)
- Product Specifications
- Production Check Cards
- Apply quality tools such as DFMEA, PFMEA, CPK, GR&R, and other manufacturing methodologies to support process improvement and operational excellence.
3. Continuous Quality Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement in product design, engineering quality, and manufacturing operations.
- Support cost reduction initiatives and participate in quality and cost improvement programs.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- University degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality role, including new project quality and follow-up.
- Experience working with quality functions such as SQE, MQA, OQC, IQC, etc.
Knowledge
- Familiar with quality tools: DFMEA, PFMEA, QCP, 5 Why, 7 QC tools.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written) mandatory.
Functional Skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI.
