Summary
Laird Performance Material (A Qnity Business) is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full-time position located in
Bac Ninh province.
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, focuses on process quality planning and improving production output. Responsibilities include creating quality standards and testing systems that reflect efficiency, reliability, and performance. The engineer will also develop reports and solutions to address any issues or errors in the production process.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to
- Manage precision product quality from NPI to MP and customer service
- Lead quality improvement on the shop floor and monitor KPIs
- Conduct internal/external audits and manage audit results and actions
- Handle customer complaints and ensure conformance to customer requirements
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree - Mechanical (preferable) / Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
Skills And Competencies
- Minimum 5-year experience work as Quality Engineer / Quality Assurance in multinational manufacturing company (
- Knowledgeable and experience in ISO 9001(required) / QC08000, IATF16949 is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in machining (stamping preferred) and tools or die equipment, fabrication process
- Familiar with 8D disciplines, 5Why, statistical analysis and QC 7 tools (preferable)
- Strong communication in English in both verbal and written, Chinese language skill is a plus
