Quality Engineer

Position : Quality Engineer -Liquid Cooling System

Responsibilities

1. Product quality management include CDU and manifold

2. CDU product process quality control

3. Manifold product process quality control

4. Quality system create include:

- Incoming material check

- Quality process

- Quality report

5. Manufacture and finished product quality issue analysis and resolve

6. Defects confirm and analysis after receiving customer complaints or RMA information. Handle 8D and internal quality issue tracking system

7. Highlight customer complaints to operation team and drive team to work out an action plan to solve problems and monitor the action result

8. New products evaluation and quality standard defining with related departments and customer

9. Weekly/Monthly /annually reports prepare and review

• Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
• Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
• Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
• Participate in internal and external quality audits

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor+ degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or related.

2. 3+ yrs working experience in manufacture factory as quality manager or quality engineer

3. Strong ISO9001, ISO 1400 quality system management knowledge and practice

4. Received lean manufacturing or 6sigma system training, in-depth understanding and practical experience of lean manufacturing tools and methods

5. Cooling product or stainless steel welding factory quality management

6. Language: English, Chinese is a plus
