Role and Responsibilities:
Develop, build, and maintain the QC/QA standards.
In charge for the second review of monthly QC/QA standards.
Support the one-to-one discussions of individual CS members.
Support and help individual CS members improve their performance with specific
instructions and constant support.
Create reports that reflect support performance.
Work with the trainer on training plans, internal support resources, procedures, and
guides.
Ensure the internal resources and documents are up to date.
Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders/ other departments to gather feedback,
resolve issues, and assist in implementing improvement measures.
Complete other relevant tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business study or any related field.
Honest, meticulous in work, and a sense of responsibility.
Hands-on experience in quality assurance.
Proven record of ability to communicate (negative) feedback and coaching skills.
Good organizational skills, and knowledge of goal setting practices.
