2. Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the core application and data systems, including:
A. Data Quality Assurance
- Data Accuracy Validation: Perform in-depth testing to verify the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data (timestamps, events, statistics, etc.) retrieved from partner sources and processed/displayed within the application.
- Backend/API Testing: Validate data transmitted through APIs and databases to ensure correct storage and retrieval, especially in real-time update scenarios.
- Data Flow Analysis: Understand data flow from source processing system app/web display to identify and eliminate potential issues.
B. Functional & System Testing (Manual Testing)
- Test Case Design: Analyze business requirements and design, write, and maintain detailed and comprehensive Test Cases/Test Scenarios for both new and existing features.
- Testing Execution: Perform various types of testing such as Smoke, Sanity, Functional, and Regression testing on Mobile (iOS/Android) and Web platforms.
C. Automation Testing
- Script Development: Participate in building, developing, and maintaining the Test Automation Framework.
- Automated Reports: Analyze automation results, report findings, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
D. Other Responsibilities
- Defect Management: Identify, log, prioritize, track, and verify fixed defects using issue-tracking tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Data Analysts to ensure product quality.
3. Required Qualifications (Must-have Skills)
- Minimum 23 years of experience in QC/QA for Mobile/Web applications. Experience in LiveScore, Sports, or real-time data platforms is a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data in databases.
- Hands-on experience with API systems (REST, JSON/XML) and tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Practical experience with Test Automation using frameworks/tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong logical thinking and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
4. Other Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible for product quality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Preferred:
- Software testing certifications (ISTQB/ISEB)
- Passion for or knowledge of sports (Football, Basketball, etc.) is a significant advantage
