Job Description
- Be responsible for ensuring the quality of mission-critical, cloud-based software
- systems.
- Work directly with software engineers and product managers in the US, through
- all phases of the software development process to provide feedback on the
- functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency of the software.
- Evaluate current processes and implement improvements that will result in
- increased quality.
- Can quickly learn our products inside and out, understand user flows; and
- partner's product for edge cases.
- Can collaborate well. Communication is key in this position. You will be working closely with other departments on a regular basis to ensure we continuously improve our ability to ship high-caliber solutions to our customers.
- Generate and execute test cases and test plans.
- Perform exploratory testing.
- Troubleshoot issues to find root causes and suggest potential fixes.
- Learn the designated client's application and become familiar with health and
- human services to better understand the workflows and represent users in the
- development process.
Required Skills & Experience
- Have 2+ years of experience in similar position.
- Have basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
- Good English communication (good verbal communication is a plus).
- Have IT background is a plus.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability and experience working collaboratively and respectfully with colleagues in an agile environment.
- Basic knowledge in either of these is a plus: Regular expression, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
