Job Description

  • Be responsible for ensuring the quality of mission-critical, cloud-based software
  • systems.
  • Work directly with software engineers and product managers in the US, through
  • all phases of the software development process to provide feedback on the
  • functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency of the software.
  • Evaluate current processes and implement improvements that will result in
  • increased quality.
  • Can quickly learn our products inside and out, understand user flows; and
  • partner's product for edge cases.
  • Can collaborate well. Communication is key in this position. You will be working closely with other departments on a regular basis to ensure we continuously improve our ability to ship high-caliber solutions to our customers.
  • Generate and execute test cases and test plans.
  • Perform exploratory testing.
  • Troubleshoot issues to find root causes and suggest potential fixes.
  • Learn the designated client's application and become familiar with health and
  • human services to better understand the workflows and represent users in the
  • development process.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Have 2+ years of experience in similar position.
  • Have basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Good English communication (good verbal communication is a plus).
  • Have IT background is a plus.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability and experience working collaboratively and respectfully with colleagues in an agile environment.
  • Basic knowledge in either of these is a plus: Regular expression, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
