JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
The QC Engineerwill be responsible for ensuring the quality of telecommunications products and services (SkyFi eSIM, MVNO) by designing, executing, and optimizing testing processes. The role includes:
Functional & Performance Testing:
- Conduct functional testing for eSIM, physical SIM, service packages, voice, SMS, and data.
- Test network connectivity quality, speed, stability, and latency.
- Evaluate the performance of applications and customer portals (web/app).
Quality Assurance Process:
- Develop and update Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Scripts for new and existing products/services. Work with development teams, operations, and network partners to troubleshoot issues and improve products.
- Ensure testing processes comply with ISO/IEC, ITU, or internal standards.
Integration & Compatibility Testing:
- Perform system integration testing with partner networks (Core Network, Billing, CRM, API).
- Ensure eSIM compatibility across various devices, operating systems, and platforms.
Quality Reporting & Improvement:
- Create detailed bug reports and track the fix/verification process.
- Analyze defect data and propose solutions to enhance customer experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Job requirements:
- Bachelors or College degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QC/QA Engineer, preferably in telecommunications, MVNO, or Mobile App/Web.
- Knowledge of mobile network technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G), SIM/eSIM, activation, and provisioning processes.
- Skills in writing Test Cases, Test Plans, and using bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in testing Billing, CRM, and OSS/BSS systems.
- Skills in log analysis and using telecommunications testing tools (Wireshark, QXDM, TEMS, etc.).
- Good technical communication skills in English.
