Position: Technician for
Winding and Active Part Inspection at Power Transformer Plant
Mission
Ensure the quality of the responsible process, coordinate to resolve quality issues to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
Job Description
- Conduct quality inspection and supervision at the Winding and Active Part process:
- Inspect incoming materials: Check against QICs cards and drawings.
- During production:
- Inspect the winding process, during/after coil pressing, and complete the Active Part core according to QICs cards and drawings.
- Check basic parameters and, in special cases, require 100% control.
- Prepare reports on the status and issues detected during inspections and coordinate to resolve NCRs promptly and with quality.
- Use technical tools and equipment to inspect and analyze product conditions.
- Comply with company safety regulations and those at assigned processes.
Requirements
- Graduate from a vocational school or college in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, with knowledge of transformers and electrical systems.
- Proficient in using inspection and measurement tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Frequently required to inspect products outside of regular hours, including weekends.
- Basic English communication skills.
