Job Description
System Management: Monitor, review, update, and manage the system of procedures, work instructions, and forms in accordance with ISO standards.
Document & Record Control: Draft, update, and control documents; manage record storage to ensure the use of correct and latest versions.
Audit Preparation: Prepare documents and evidence for audits conducted by quality accreditation agencies.
Internal Audit: Plan and execute ISO internal audits; analyze root causes and prevent recurrence of non-conformities.
Risk Control & Corrective Action: Coordinate with QC and Production departments to analyze root causes of defects and monitor corrective actions (CAPA).
Training: Guide and train employees to understand and comply with the company's quality standards.
Job Requirements
Education: College or University degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in QA Systems or QA Audit within manufacturing environments.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of ISO Quality Management Systems.
Skills: Proficient in document drafting, internal auditing, and strong communication skills. Mastery of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Languages: Ability to read and understand technical documents in English and work directly with foreign auditors.
