Role Description

As a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Supervisor specializing in PQC (Product Quality Control) and ISO standards, you will be based in Tân Uyên. In this role, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include supervising product quality inspections, analyzing data to identify trends, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to ISO certifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Management, and Quality Assurance processes
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to identify and address quality-related trends and issues
• Background in footwear or textile industries is advantageous
• Experience with ISO standards and certifications
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a manufacturing environment
