JOB DESCRIPTION
Cooperation with other employees to perform the following assigned tasks. Other roles and responsibilities may be assigned according to work situations and superiors requirements:
A. Ensure legal/regulatory documents and drafts are updated; ensure raw materials, products, and manufacturing declarations comply with quality-related laws.
1. Ensure continuous updating of new legal documents and drafts:
• Periodically update Vietnamese legal documents related to quality.
• Analyze and assess changes and impacts of new documents/drafts versus current documents.
• Track, analyze, and carry out feedback activities for draft laws and regulations.
• Share and monitor the implementation of new legal documents by relevant units.
• Monitor and share important information on food hygiene & safety, food security, and food fraud reported in the media with relevant units.
2. Ensure compliance/validity of certificates issued by state authorities:
• Monitor validity and arrange renewals of certificates for food products and companion products.
• Organize and prepare documents for assessments/inspections by state authorities.
• Arrange Food Safety training for supervisory level and above of relevant units
3. Ensure legal compliance of product declaration dossiers and special raw materials:
• Coordinate with relevant units to develop product specifications, product information, and label artwork for declaration dossiers.
• Provide consultation to relevant units on product advertising content.
• Monitor and ensure the validity of declaration dossiers.
• Monitor and update product quality declaration dossiers on the company website as required by declaration regulations.
B. Other duties.
1. Prepare reports: consolidate information and prepare periodic reports for the QA department.
2. Perform assigned tasks to achieve department objectives.
3. Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor.
4. Propose and carry out improvement activities related to quality (OE – Operational Excellence, 5S, etc.).
REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Microbial Technology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, or other related fields.
• Prior working experience in a food company is an advantage.
• Have knowledge of food safety and hygiene, production processes, analytical methods, and packaging.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, HACCP, Food Defense, Food Fraud, Halal, Food Quality Law, and co-products.
• Proficient in understanding, analyzing, and implementing legal regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Careful, detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly responsible at work.
• Have good English and be able to use MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
WORKING TIME:
Monday to Friday: 7:30 A.M to 4:00 P.M

Ajinomoto Viet Nam (Ajinomoto Bien Hoa Factory - Bien Hoa I Industrial Zone, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City)
