Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is open to applicants residing in Vietnam.

Prosper Digitalis currently seeking a Quality Assurance professional with expertise in eCommerce and CMS platforms.

We are a growing Shopify Plus agency looking to expand our quality assurance capacity. We focus on creating world-class digital experiences. The idealQCcandidate has a high level of care and a detailed approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the QC, development & design teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

- Ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies - including exploring automations where possible

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.

- Identify and mitigate risks related to project quality.

- Ability to content load or provide clear guidance on how clients can complete this

- Collaborate with project management to define quality goals and objectives

Key Requirements and Skills

- At least 6 months experience in software quality assurance or a related field.

- Experience with E-commerce platforms, especially Shopify

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and UI/UX

- Experience with performance, load testing, and performance analysis tools

- Familiar with browsers and other debugging tools

- Ability to create and maintain QA documentation.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, adeptly managing shifting priorities and promptly responding to ad hoc requests.

- Proficient in both verbal and written English.

- Having knowledge of basic front-end technologies is advantageous

Other notes:

- This position is exclusively available for Vietnamese candidates

- This position is entirely remote. You&aposll work directly with the Australian team and clients.

- Our team catch up when possible with the opportunity for meeting the team in both Vietnam & Australia

This is the third member of our QC team. Role open to junior - senior candidates.
