RESPONSIBILITY
FOR MIDDLE LEVEL
- Execute the test cases independently without the mentoring from the Sr. QAs or QA Lead
- Write test cases with the review and support from QA3 or QA Lead
- Able to solve a simple problem related to the testing and system troubleshooting
- Good in time management
- English communication: can read and write emails, documents, test cases/test plans with less review and support from the Sr. QA or QA Lead
FOR SENIOR LEVEL
- Mentor 1-2 Junior QAs
- Write test cases, test reports with the direction and review from QA Leads
- Ability to review test cases and test report from QA1 and QA2
- Able to learn and analyze the system's business with the direction and support from the QA Lead
- Backup for QA Lead
- English communication: can read and write emails, documents, test cases, test plans without the review from the QA Lead or Manager
REQUIREMENT
FOR MIDDLE LEVEL
Must Have Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in software testing, including functional, integration, regression, automated testing, and API testing.
- Solid understanding of test processes and the ability to write and execute test cases.
- Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium for web and mobile testing.
- Familiarity with Java or .NET programming for basic automation.
- Experience with source control tools (Git, GitHub, Subversion).
- Strong collaboration skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail.
Big Plus:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PHP or JavaScript.
- Experience with mobile testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with performance and security testing.
- Hands-on experience with JMeter or SOAtest.
FOR SENIOR LEVEL
Must Have Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software testing, including functional, regression, security, and performance testing.
- Strong expertise with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, SOAtest).
- Advanced skills in API testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
- Solid knowledge of database queries and test automation frameworks.
- Proven experience with Java or .NET programming for advanced automation.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong English communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor junior testers and review test cases and test reports.
- Experience working with mobile application testing (iOS, Android).
Big Plus:
- Knowledge of scripting languages like PHP, JavaScript, etc.
- Experience with business analysis to understand detailed requirements.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integrating automated tests in the pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with mobile test automation tools.
- Experience with security and performance testing in large-scale applications
