Job Description:
- Conduct regular, ad-hoc, and thematic post-audits to evaluate operational quality and compliance with internal processes and regulations.
- Review contracts, addenda, documentation, payment vouchers, and operational activities in accordance with established plans or delegated authority.
- Perform on-site inspections at business units based on scheduled plans or ad-hoc requests.
- Investigate and verify specific incidents to identify errors, violations, and risks; determine root causes and associated responsibilities.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to evaluate evidence and reach consensus on audit findings.
- Synthesize and analyze audit results to draft comprehensive reports, issue risk alerts, and propose corrective actions.
- Track the progress of corrective action plans, assess post-audit effectiveness, and recommend improvements for internal processes and regulations.
- Execute other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Quality Management, or related engineering fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance (QA), internal control, or quality management systems (ISO); prior experience in telecommunications post-auditing is highly preferred.
- Proven ability in data analysis, risk assessment, problem-solving, and report writing.
- Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills to effectively defend evaluation results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; hands-on experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, etc.) is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail; strong accountability; collaborative mindset; and willingness to travel as required.
