We're hiring an experienced QA professional in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We're looking for a strong quality leader with deep experience in apparel quality assurance, factory follow-up, risk assessment, and cross-functional communication.

Position: QA (Quality Assurance)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Type: Full-time

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in garment quality assurance or quality control
• Strong background in apparel vendor, factory, or buying office environment
• Strong understanding of garment construction, workmanship, and global quality standards
• Proven ability to identify production risks and drive corrective actions
• Strong English communication skills for email and meetings

What you'll do:

• Lead quality control and risk management from development through bulk production
• Identify key quality risks and drive corrective actions with factory and internal teams
• Collaborate closely with buyers, technical, production, and factory teams
• Manage quality review, issue follow-up, and communication across functions
