Role Description

We hiring an experienced QA Manager with extensive experience in backpack and luggage manufacturing. This is a full-time on-site role located in Vnh Long. One will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes, conducting quality inspections, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality initiatives and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (Native in Vietnamese is a plus)
• At least 5 years of experience in backpack manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
• Experience in conducting quality inspections and audits
• Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in quality management systems and tools
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
• Relevant certification in quality assurance or related field
