Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Quality Assurance and Food Safety system ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and other relevant food safety and regulatory standards.
- Act as the senior QA leader primarily responsible for Beverage and Foods manufacturing operations, ensuring strict control of product quality, food safety and regulatory compliance across all production lines, while maintaining working knowledge of manufacturing processes to support cross-category quality management.
- Serve as the primary QA authority for Manufacturing operations, ensuring that quality systems, procedures and food safety standards are effectively implemented across all manufacturing activities.
- Provide functional leadership and technical guidance to the QA Assistant Manager and QA team, ensuring alignment of quality systems, audit readiness and food safety practices across both plants.
- Direct and coordinate the company's quality program, including the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of quality systems, operational processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of product complaints, quality deviations and non-conformities through structured root cause analysis and preventive actions to maintain product safety and product consistency.
- Develop and lead a high-performing QA team by selecting, training, coaching and mentoring, strengthening technical capability and ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance on food safety systems, quality control practices and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with HR to implement relevant capability development programs for the QA organization.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and other departments to ensure quality procedures support operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of product safety and quality.
- Lead or participate in internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and certification processes, ensuring the plants maintain full compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Responsibility on the safety: following Company rule about health, safety, and environment. Give awareness on safety to all the people within the organization and give suggestions for the improvement of the system.
- Responsibility on equipment, tools or material.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
What are the Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical/ Food Technology Engineering or other related courses.
- At least 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance within FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong experience in Beverage and Foods manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Proven experience leading QA teams in large-scale manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Halal certification and other regulatory requirements.
