We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager (Moulding) to join LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam (LMV) and ensure the highest standards of product quality, safety, and compliance in our moulding operations.

Core Responsibilities
- Ensure products, processes, practices, and documentation in own areas comply with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, CCC, FSC, and LEGO standards, including GCIR practices.
- Promote quality culture and awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation and drive the quality team to actively participate in quality forums and related activities.
- Foster a Product Safety mindset and knowledge across the organisation. Ensure product safety issues are effectively managed using the right methods and procedures.
- Own the quality training and qualification system, including AR&R, for quality-related teams to build and sustain competencies and performance in LMV.
- Be accountable for laboratory services and performance in accordance with ISO17025 and corporate standards.
- Build and maintain a live quality risk assessment database and translate it into quality control plans and improvement plans.
- Ensure nonconformances are appropriately quarantined and handled in a timely manner according to government and corporate procedures.
- Secure plant quality KPI performance in alignment with global goals and identify improvement areas through quality data analysis.
- Drive best practice sharing and adaptation across LMV functions and with other sites in The LEGO Group.
- Promote a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset and proactively lead CI activities in own areas, applying CI tools, problem-solving methodologies, and SPC where applicable.
- Be responsible for team performance management and development. Plan and allocate team resources to ensure quality services, especially during peak seasons.
- Collaborate with the EHS team on daily operations and other assigned tasks.
- Stop production or machinery if a critical safety or quality risk is observed.

- Develop and execute quality and product safety training plans, converting learning into design for manufacturing.
- Minimise the risk of production failures by proactively engaging in early engineering and development stages.
- Deliver fast and effective nonconformance containment and problem-solving to support operations.
- Share and adapt best practices across the organisation.
- Build a competent quality team and strengthen quality collaboration across functions.
- Support the EHS function to ensure a strong EHS environment and culture in the entrusted area.
Do You Have What It Takes
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality, with at least 3 years at a quality management and people leadership level in a multinational company (MNC).
- University degree in Polymer, Moulding, Industrial Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Risk Assessment and FMEA. Ability to train and facilitate FMEA sessions.
- Proven success in applying DMAIC, Kaizen, 8D, SPC, SGA/QC, and other problem-solving tools for quality improvement and mentoring.
- Visual acuity and no colour blindness.
- Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
- Strong team builder and collaborative team player.
- Global mindset with systematic thinking and a strong sense of excellence.
