Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Quality Culture team, develop and implement quality culture programs within the company.
- Build and maintain the Quality Culture.
- Provide consultation and guidance on process compliance to ensure quality in development and operations.
- Monitor and control adherence to established processes.
- Collect and handle feedback from stakeholders.
- Propose process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate the handling of information security incidents and system operation incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a Senior or Team Lead role, with proven experience in leading and developing teams.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT Service Management, Incident Management, and Change Management processes.
- Hands-on experience working with industry frameworks and standards such as ITIL, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, CMMI, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to establish and manage quality measurement systems (KPIs, SLAs, KRIs), perform data analysis, and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
- Experience in designing, standardizing, or restructuring processes at department or division level

- Working hours:
- 8h30 AM 12h00 PM
- 1h00 PM 5h30 PM
- Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
