Responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand project features and requirements.
- Document and report bugs, and track their resolution in a timely manner.
- Participate in regular QA meetings to discuss project status and testing outcomes.
- Provide feedback on usability and functionality to improve user experience.
- Assist in the development of automated testing processes as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in manual testing and quality assurance processes.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
