Quality Assurance Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, document, and execute test cases based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Perform manual testing to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Work with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and execution.
• Write clear, detailed defect reports and communicate findings to team/clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methods.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and scripts.
• Familiar with manual testing and knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
• Ability to analyze requirements and create effective test scenarios.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
