QA Manual Tester
About Us
We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the existing codebase of our high-traffic website and management system of Gigsberg
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our platforms while adhering to best practices in software development.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
- Perform thorough functional, UI/UX, regression, and exploratory testing across devices and browsers.
- Document and report bugs clearly using defect tracking tools.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups in an Agile environment.
- Verify bug fixes and track their resolution through release cycles.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and documentation.
- Support API testing (e.g., using Postman).
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in manual software testing in at least 2 different companies.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and defect management.
- Experience testing web-based applications, e-commerce platforms, or booking systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with test case and bug management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, X-ray).
- Basic understanding of APIs and tools like Postman is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- English proficiency: Fluent & Clear (written and verbal).
Nice to Have
- Exposure to test automation tools or interest in learning automation (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation
- Familiarity with performance or usability testing concepts

Working Schedule:
- Onsite only (no hybrid or remote options).
- Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM 8:00 PM.

- Modern, high-tech office located on the highest floor of The Grace Tower, 71 Hoang Van Thai, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
