QA Manual Tester

About Us

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the existing codebase of our high-traffic website and management system of Gigsberg

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our platforms while adhering to best practices in software development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform thorough functional, UI/UX, regression, and exploratory testing across devices and browsers.
  • Document and report bugs clearly using defect tracking tools.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups in an Agile environment.
  • Verify bug fixes and track their resolution through release cycles.
  • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and documentation.
  • Support API testing (e.g., using Postman).

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in manual software testing in at least 2 different companies.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and defect management.
  • Experience testing web-based applications, e-commerce platforms, or booking systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with test case and bug management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, X-ray).
  • Basic understanding of APIs and tools like Postman is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • English proficiency: Fluent & Clear (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to test automation tools or interest in learning automation (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQL for database validation
  • Familiarity with performance or usability testing concepts

    Working Schedule:

    • Onsite only (no hybrid or remote options).

    • Modern, high-tech office located on the highest floor of The Grace Tower, 71 Hoang Van Thai, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
