Job description:
- Design and maintain system test strategy, scenarios, and automation for fraud microservices.
- Implement and execute system tests on CI/CD pipelines (Harness/Jenkins) integrated with NEF.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Create, maintain, and verify mocks/stubs (WireMock) to simulate upstream/downstream dependencies.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QEs, and BAs to validate system behavior and resolve integration issues.
- Monitor and analyze System Test execution results, logs, and metrics to identify root causes and trends.
- Maintain test artifacts (test cases, runbooks, and reports) and ensure alignment with platform standards.
- Support knowledge sharing across team members.
- Promote and apply shift-left testing strategies throughout the development lifecycle.
Your skills and experience:
- 3 years experience as an automation engineer, preferably in microservice-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with system tests or integration tests in CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools (Java / TypeScript / Playwright / REST Assured).
- Familiarity with WireMock, contract testing, or similar mock/stub frameworks.
- Experience with API and event-driven testing (Kafka / MQ / REST).
- Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Harness) and source control (Git).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-region teams
