Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Implement shift-left testing, prioritizing automation to test early and frequently.

Code automated tests during build and regression test phases, integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline.

Create test plans, execute test cases, and prepare test summary reports for features developed by your team.

Review solution documentation and assist with the analysis, testing, and resolution of issues.

Support the definition of user story acceptance criteria and ensure stories meet high-quality standards.

Encourage a quality-first mindset within your team and conduct training to empower developers with sufficient testing skills. Job Requirements Must-have skills:

Typically 3+ years in a software testing role with at least 2 years of automation experience in Web or Mobile and API testing.

Solid knowledge of testing methodologies covering test levels, static tests, and dynamic testing.

Manage and deliver test execution for new features in different testing life cycles.

Proficient in using testing frameworks and tools, such as: o Selenium Webdriver automation framework (Java) o Cypress (Javascript/ Typescript) o

Experience with the following technologies is ideal (though not all are required): o Programming languages: Java, Javascript/Typescript (or similar languages) o Tools: QTest, JIRA, Confluence o API Testing: Postman o UI Testing: TestNG, Selenium, Cypress

Capable of conducting testing independently in a cross-functional team following Agile processes.

Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written), especially in a global software development environment.

Ability to work in a dynamic and continuously changing environment. Nice-to-have:

Experienced in implementing and maintaining automation test scripts, as well as developing and improving existing automation frameworks.

Ability to coach and motivate developers to ensure their features are highly testable. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
