Participate in implementing and monitoring hospital quality standards (ACHSI and Vietnam Hospital Quality Standards)
Monitor, manage, and analyze patient safety incidents through the HM115 system
Support the measurement and reporting of hospital quality indicators
Participate in quality improvement projects, risk management, and patient safety culture programs
Conduct regular quality inspections and monitoring across departments
Participate in training and quality improvement activities
Coordinate with departments and external assessment/audit teams
Comply with hospital policies, regulations, and standards

Job Required Skills And Qualifications
Graduated from University with a major in Medicine; priority is given to General Practitioners, Preventive Medicine Doctors, Public Health, or Nursing graduates
Possess a Hospital Quality Management certificate
Have at least 01 year of experience working in the Quality Management Department or General Planning Department
Have knowledge of healthcare environments and hospital quality standards
Good teamwork and independent working skills
Able to communicate effectively in Vietnamese
Have intermediate-level English proficiency or above
Possess good analytical, logical thinking, and reporting skills
